What is the Executive Mastermind Circle?

The Executive Mastermind Circle provides intense, high-quality information exchange and mentoring for your role as a leader and role model. You will monthly (some groups meet weekly) interact with your support community.  Use this call for questions and answers (hot seat) with Helena and the other members on the line. Or use this time for open discussion, group mentoring and support and coaching on specific issues.

How does it work?

1) During Phase 1, we are Clarifying our Goals with a proprietary and unique Goal Planner. Goal: Laser focus on a specific Goal. (Includes e-mail support!)

2) During Phase 2, we are outlining the steps (Road Map) and work on our resources and time management (Includes e-mail support!)

3) Phase 3 is a guided Mastermind Circle that will receive Coaching during each Phone Session.

The purpose of this Mastermind Circle is to hold all Participants accountable and keep them on track.

It is proven that most of the short Goal-Setting Seminars fail because the Participants are NOT held accountable during the process.

Once a Goal is achieved, the participant can leave the Circle or goes through the next cycle.
